Joint Venture Acquires 2305 Mission College Blvd. in Santa Clara, CA

Chicago, IL (December 13, 2013) — A joint venture comprised of Kinship Capital and Pearlmark Real Estate Partners announces the acquisition of 2305 Mission College Boulevard in Santa Clara, CA. 2305 Mission College Boulevard is a 358,503 sq. ft. office and R&D campus located just off of Highway 101 in the heart of Silicon Valley and is master leased in its entirety to General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems.

Nick Thomson and Ethan Meers of Kinship Capital and Kevin Hites of Pearlmark Real Estate Partners were the lead executives on the transaction. Kinship Capital and Pearlmark were attracted to 2305 Mission College Boulevard because it is leased to a quality tenant in a great submarket.
