SAN JOSE— Justin Chan recently joined Cresa San Jose as Vice President of Project Management. Chan, a resident of San Ramon, has fifteen years of experience in architecture, real estate development, project management and construction. He will provide project management services to companies throughout the Bay Area.
Prior to joining Cresa, Chan served as Director of Entitlements at The Bergman Companies in San Jose, Development Manager at Meridian Property Company in San Francisco and Senior Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle in San Francisco. In these capacities, he specialized in tenant improvement projects and managed over $250 million worth of commercial office and retail developments. His clients included PeopleSoft, Bank of America, Bishop Ranch, Fresh and Easy, and Walgreens.
Chan received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California and a Construction Management Certificate from the University of Washington.
