Landsea Homes Buys Additional Land in Santa Clara for $22.425MM

Newport Beach, Calif. – Landsea Homes today announced the beginning of land preparation for its continuation of the Catalina Community in Santa Clara, CA which will consist of 39 new townhomes located in close proximity to leading tech employers and outstanding shopping, dining and entertainment. Site grading is scheduled to start this week.
