Mr. Davidson is an East Bay Area market expert for the I-880, I-80, & I-580 Corridor. His brokerage and advisement services include ownership representation, tenant representation, site selection, investment property acquisitions/dispositions, and infill redevelopment projects often involving environmental challenges and/or functional obsolescence. Since 2006, Mr. Davidson has represented the real estate interests for a variety of small & large corporations, entrepreneurs, owner users, family offices, lenders, investors, and developers. Ryan attended both Berkeley High and UC Berkeley and currently lives in Berkeley/Albany with his wife and daughter.
