Maximus Real Estate Partners Announces Promotions In Project Management And Investment Teams

Promotions Recognize Contributions to the Fastest Growing Multifamily Investment and Development Company in the San Francisco Bay Area

San Francisco – January 26, 2017 – Maximus Real Estate Partners announced today promotions within their Development and Investment teams, in recognition of their contributions to the fastest-growing multifamily investment and development company in the San Francisco Bay Area. The announcement was made by Rob Rosania, founder and lead visionary of Maximus Real Estate Partners.

The promotions in the Development team include Jen Canchola, Vice President; Logan Daniels, Vice President and Bill McGivern, Vice President, all reporting to YuSun Han, Managing Director, Development.

“Jen, Logan and Bill are well-respected by team members and industry professionals, and have demonstrated the dedication and commitment to ensure that the processes of the Development team are at the highest level,” said Han. “They actively stay ahead of market conditions, trends and new technologies to manage schedule, quality and budgets, and look at situations in new ways to develop innovative ideas and solutions.”

Jen Canchola is responsible for all aspects of development of Parkmerced sub-phase 1A, which consists of three buildings totaling 401 residential units and will lead a team of three architectural firms and two general contractors. Parkmerced is the largest urban multifamily development in California, consisting of 10,000 residents and more than 3,220 units.

Logan Daniels is responsible for all aspects of development of Parkmerced sub-phase 1B, which consists of four buildings totaling 612 residential units and will oversee two architectural firms and one general contractor.

Bill McGivern is responsible for the design and construction of all street improvements and site work for all of Parkmerced’s new developments. He will lead a team of civil engineers and general engineering contractors throughout the process.

Promotions in the Investment team include Mark Lively, Vice President, and Jeff Lamb, Vice President, reporting to Matthew Myzak, Partner, Investments.

Mark Lively is responsible for investment origination, capitalization, asset management and plan execution for all aspects of the business plan for Maximus developments, including operations, development, and monetization.

Jeff Lamb is responsible for business development, investment origination, plan execution and asset management to ensure best practices in operations and development for Maximus developments.
