Meridian Commercial Leases Office at Basin Street’s 59,000 SQFT 1050 Northgate Drive in San Rafael

Meridian Commercial, the North Bay brokerage marketing Basin Street Properties' two Northgate Drive office buildings, has signed a lease to move its own team into 1050 Northgate Drive in San Rafael, planting its leasing operation inside the property it is charged with filling just as Marin County posts its strongest office leasing stretch in three years.
