April 12, 2021 (Walnut Creek, CA) – Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for more than 50 years, announced today that Mitchell Khurin is joining the firm’s Walnut Creek office as an associate in its Transactional Department.

Prior to joining MSR, Mitchell was an associate in the San Francisco office of Valence Law Group.

“Mitchell’s drafting and negotiating skills will be great assets for our Transactional Department, which has been a hallmark practice for MSR for more than 50 years,” said Ella K. Gower, MSR’s managing shareholder.

MSR’s Transactional Department assists clients involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry, including many of the world’s largest technology companies. The Department also assists developers, owners and tenants of commercial, office, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, warehouse, data center, industrial, and residential projects of all sizes, national and regional retailers and restaurant chains, banks and other financial institutions, real estate management companies and entrepreneurs. The Department structures, negotiates and documents complex transactions throughout the United States and overseas.

Mitchell received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
