SAN FRANCISCO – Mithun is pleased to welcome Benjamin Parco as a Principal in the firm’s San Francisco office. Ben has 28 years of architectural experience and broad expertise with complex project types spanning workplace, higher education, civic, cultural, hospitality and transportation. He will be leading ground-up and adaptive use corporate, institutional and developer-led projects in the Bay Area.

Working within and across building typologies, Ben excels at synthesizing best practices with new perspectives to craft solutions that outperform owner expectations, inspire users and uplift communities. He brings a thoughtful, energetic and engaging leadership style to his work with stakeholder groups of all types, shepherding projects from big idea to built form.
Prior to joining Mithun, Ben was the Architectural Design Director with Gensler’s Oakland office, where he co-led an interdisciplinary design studio and completed projects including the Facebook Courtyard, SFO Terminal 3, 222 Second Street (LinkedIn), Uptown Station (UBER), 215 Moffet Park Drive (Google), and E&J Gallo Winery headquarters. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University.
