Newmark Knight Frank Adds Joe Kelly as Executive Managing Director

Santa Clara, CA (September 11, 2017) – Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) is pleased to add prominent industry expert Joe Kelly, SIOR, as executive managing director in its Santa Clara office. In this capacity, Kelly will be focused on agency leasing and sales of office, R&D, and industrial properties throughout Silicon Valley.

Prior to joining NKF, Kelly was a senior vice president with CBRE. Over the course of his career to date he has accumulated $3.2 billion in transaction considerations with 18.7 million square feet of leasing and 17.1 million square feet of investment sales.
