Newmark Knight Frank NorCal Selects Walnut Creek Broker Danny Bartz as Rookie of the Year

Walnut Creek, CA (February 21, 2019) – Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) NorCal has announced Walnut Creek Associate Director Danny Bartz as the Rookie of the Year for 2018. This annual honor is bestowed upon the person whose work ethic, productivity and versatility rise to the highest possible level. During 2018, Bartz completed an impressive 60 deals.

Mr. Bartz specializes in representing both tenants and landlords in their office lease and sales transactions in the East San Francisco Bay Area. Bartz joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2014, beginning as a market researcher. He transitioned quickly to brokerage and has since developed a reputation for his integrity, market knowledge and work ethic. In 2018, Mr. Bartz was also selected as one of Newmark Knight Frank’s Young Rising Stars. He graduated from California State University, Chico, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a minor in marketing.
