Norman Spencer, Hines Executive Behind 101 California Street, Dies at 83

Norman Allen Spencer, the Coldwell Banker broker who brought Hines the deal that became San Francisco's landmark 101 California Street and spent more than 25 years shaping the city's office skyline, died July 20 at his home in Tiburon at 83.
