San Francisco, California—Studio O+A has promoted Kroeun Dav to senior designer, announced O+A principal and director of design Denise Cherry. Kroeun Dav joined O+A as a library intern in 2006 while still a student in the interior design program at San Jose State University.
He became a member of the design team after graduating in 2007 with a bachelor of fine arts in interior design and through the years has contributed significantly to projects such as Facebook, PayPal, Quid, Ticketfly, OpenTable, and Yelp.
“We are proud to call Kroeun a homegrown talent,” Cherry says. “He has become a pivotal voice on some of our most marquee projects. Kroeun currently serves as both a design and cultural leader, and his new role will strengthen our collective design vision and, by extension, our firm.”

The company moved into its new headquarters last summer and has been engaged in expansion and consolidation since that time.
