Oak Tree Commercial Mortgage Corporation is pleased to announce recent mortgage financings on seven existing apartment properties in the City of San Francisco. The multifamily properties were located in the Twin Peaks and Castro districts and included a total of 100 rental units. Four separate loans were structured. Three loans offered terms of 30 years with 30 year amortizations. The fourth loan had a term of 15 years with a similar 30 year amortization schedule.
Oak Tree Commercial Mortgage secured the financings from two separate regional banks who appreciated the stable history of the complexes and were willing to offer competitively priced terms including below market fixed rates for 7 years of each loan’s term.
