OliverMcMillan Taps Real Estate Industry Veteran Nathan Hong to Manage Northern California Portfolio

OliverMcMillan Names Nathan Hong as Managing Director

San Diego, CA – October 15, 2012 – OliverMcMillan, a real estate development firm internationally renowned for revitalizing communities, announced today the addition Nathan Hong as Managing Director. With over $2.5 billion of mixed-use developments in various stages throughout the country, OliverMcMillan has shown strength in leading the rebound of commercial real estate by acquiring and completing selected previously broken developments.

Nathan Hong oversees the firm’s Northern California office and development projects. Hong has developed projects in Las Vegas, San Francisco, and New York. Before joining OliverMcMillan, Hong was the Chief Development Officer of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas where he managed and completed the $3.9 Billion, 6,600,000 square-foot resort and casino.
