SAN FRANCISCO (APRIL 24, 2017) – TMG Partners, one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest mixed-use property developers, announced today that Oracle, has signed a six-year lease for approximately 16,000 square feet at 1330 Broadway in Oakland. Oracle will be located on the 17th floor of the 18-story, 313,000-square-foot office building in Downtown Oakland.

Oracle’s decision to lease 1330 Broadway continues an effort by the company to continue expanding into the East Bay. Leasing 1330 Broadway, an office building in close proximity to the 12th Street Oakland BART station and bus lines, will provide a more convenient option for Oracle employees who live in the East Bay. Additionally, Oracle’s new Oakland office will have spectacular views of the East Bay, San Francisco, and Marin Headlands.
TMG’s renovations to the building include a new main lobby and building entrance, new common area finishes, major elevator and building systems’ modernization, refurbished conference facilities, enhanced bike parking, and commuter showers.
