A New York investment group tied to life science specialist Outshine Properties has picked up Emeryville's RATIO Innovation Campus for $63.5 million, a sale that wipes out roughly half of the value Beacon Capital Partners paid for the property in 2020 and lands far below the debt that once backed it.
