“Pacific Workplaces has other thriving locations in the Greenhaven/Pocket area, at Watt & Fair Oaks Blvd, in Roseville, and a total of 18 locations, in Northern California, Reno and Las Vegas.

Kim Seipel, Marketing Manager at Pacific Workplaces, added, “The Sacramento region is a critical component of the Pacific Workplaces portfolio as many of our members need touchdown space and satellite offices throughout Northern California. But we expect most of our members in J Street to be the local Sacramento movers and shakers and enjoy our really cool design.”

Workplace Studio, the Chicago-based premier designer of coworking spaces in the country, is responsible for the design of the space which accounted for the unique features of the building while strategically ammenitizing the space to meet Pacific Workplaces high functionality and design standards. “As a coworking operator, it’s important to be attentive to the evolving needs of various users. We accounted for flexibility and diverse spaces for heads-down work, networking, and connectivity,” said Mara Hauser CEO of Workplace Studio. “People are looking for a workspace to comfortably work while still having a sense of community.”
