The Multi-tenant warehouse/manufacturing building is a leased investment purchase. The property is currently 63% leased to 6 tenants including Baroness, Stone Core Marble & Granite, LLC, Hood Exhibits Inc., Aloha Moving & Storage and Exclusively Doors.
The building is approximately 123,669 square feet situated on ±5.94 acres and is conveniently located at the foot of the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge. The property features a large yard, 24’-26’ interior clearance height and a large exterior covered dock loading platform on both sides of the building. The sales price is undisclosed.
