In his 40 years in commercial real estate, Ed Del Beccaro, has seen it all. Today Ed is the East Bay Regional Manager for the TRI Commercial offices located in Walnut Creek and Oakland. The East Bay brokerage operation is full-service with office, industrial, retail, multi-family and investment sales. In addition to brokerage, Ed aims to grow East Bay property management to complement TRI’s Sacramento enterprise with over 4 million square feet of commercial property under management.
Ed is a specialist in leasing and sales of office, medical and retail properties and commercial/residential mixed-use projects. He has vast experience with distressed properties, land sales, securing project entitlements, consultant advisory services, and real estate valuation.
