SAN FRANCISCO (April 14, 2015) – Lennar Urban announced that presales begin today on the next release of homes within the newest buildings, Tides and Thayer, at The San Francisco Shipyard, the transformative, multibillion dollar waterfront community.

The first two buildings within the community, Olympia and Merchant, recently sold out with homeowners moving in this spring.

Pricing for the latest phase begins in the low $500Ks for one-bedroom condominiums at Thayer and in the high $700Ks for two-bedroom townhomes at Tides. Within this release, there are currently 159 homes under construction.
