Tracy, Calif., June 19, 2018 – Colliers International announced today the lease of a ±152,303 square foot industrial warehouse building located at 6551 West Schulte Road in Tracy, CA.

The facility is owned and managed by Prologis. It was leased to DHL International, the world’s leading logistics company and is number one in efficient co-ordination and movement of freight.
