Rancho Cordova Seals Up to $185MM Incentive Deal for KozPure’s 7,500-Seat Downtown DOVA Arena

With a second 4-1 vote in as many weeks, Rancho Cordova's City Council locked in the economic agreement behind KozPure Development's Downtown DOVA, a tax-sharing, fee and public safety package the city values at up to $185 million that now clears the developer to target a groundbreaking on its 7,500-seat indoor soccer arena early next year.
