SAN FRANCISCO, January 15, 2019 – Technology powered commercial real estate brokerage HelloOffice is announcing the hiring of former CBRE brokers Felipe Gomez-Kraus, Mike Iino, John Diepenbrock and Clinton Lee and former Cushman & Wakefield broker Stephen Llevano. Gomez-Kraus and Iino have joined as Presidents of the brokerage team and bring more than a decade of experience from CBRE and The CAC Group.

Over the years Iino, Gomez-Kraus and their team worked with companies such as Stripe, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Alibaba, Palantir in addition to many top-tier venture capital firms, and they average a million square feet of transactions per year. The team has received the San Francisco Business Times Award for Best Lease or Sale of the Year three times over the past 10 years. In 2016, they completed three of the top five largest leases in San Francisco, including the largest lease of the year in their representation of Stripe for their 300,000 square foot headquarters on Townsend Street.
