Sand City Holdings Acquires 25,000 SQFT Shops at Edgewater for $9.45MM in Sand City, 36% Below 2014 Price

A private investor group paid $9.45 million for a fully leased 25,223-square-foot building inside the Edgewater on Monterey Bay shopping center, about 36 percent less than the same property sold for in 2014, even though ULTA Beauty and Panera Bread remain on a rent roll that recently extended its key leases.
