Sares Regis Group Commercial Division Continues Expansion With New Hires

The List of Hires Includes Yuning Pathman, Joseph Almirantearena, and Eric Tecza

SAN MATEO, CA (April 9, 2019) – Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) is continuing the expansion of its Commercial Division with multiple new hires. The Bay Area’s leading real estate developer has hired Yuning Pathman and Joseph Almirantearena as Assistant Vice Presidents, while Eric Tecza has joined in the role of Senior Project Manager. They will all drive the development of a number of high-profile projects in the southern Peninsula.

As Assistant Vice President, Yuning Pathman is assigned to the development of Adobe’s new, 650,000-square-foot campus in San Jose. She previously held a position at Webcor Builders and has held past positions at DPR Construction and Swinerton Builders. Pathman’s many projects include Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, Kaiser Antioch Medical Center Hospital and Central Plant in Antioch, and Cache Creek Casino Resort’s casino building and parking structure in Brooks, CA. She is an OSHPD-Certified Hospital Inspector Class A and is LEED GA certified. Pathman holds an MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Engineering from Tianjin University in China.

Assistant Vice President Joseph Almirantearena will be dedicated to the completion of a number of corporate projects in Sunnyvale. He comes to SRGNC from Lendlease, where he spent the past 17 years working on large projects such as Santana Row in San Jose and One Rincon Hill and LUMINA, both located in San Francisco’s SoMa neighborhood. Almirantearena is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a BA in Economics from UCLA.

As Senior Project Manager at SRGNC, Eric Tecza will work on projects for Guidewire Software in San Mateo and Los Altos Community Investments. He comes to SRGNC from Grosvenor Americas in San Francisco where he was a Development and Acquisitions Intern.  Prior to that, he spent five years with Moore Ruble Yudell Architects and Planners (MRY) in Santa Monica where his succession of roles included Project Coordinator, Job Captain, and Project Architect. While with MRY, Tecza worked on a $158-million redevelopment of UC Berkeley’s Lower Sproul Plaza complex, as well as projects at UC Riverside and Claremont McKenna College. He holds a BS in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning and received his MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
