Sares Regis Group Of Northern California Hires Two Senior Project Managers

San Mateo, CA – June 23, 2015 – Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC), the San Mateo-based real estate development and management group, has hired two senior project managers. Zoe Carter and Matt Materkowski have joined SRNGC’s commercial development division where they will be responsible for managing commercial projects in Northern California with an emphasis on development management services throughout the construction phase.

“We’re very excited to bring on Zoe and Matt as senior project managers for our commercial division,” said Jeff Birdwell, President of SRGNC’s commercial development division. “They will bring a wealth and variety of project management experience that will greatly benefit our projects.”

Zoe Carter comes to SRGNC following eight years as a construction project manager in San Francisco and New York. In 2013, she worked with Construction for Change in Bungoma, Kenya, where she managed construction for a community center built for ACE Africa, a non-profit. In June 2015, Zoe earned a Master of Civil Engineering, Sustainable Design and Construction degree from Stanford University.

Matt Materkowski brings 12 years of construction management experience to SRGNC, having spent time in San Francisco and Baltimore. Previously he was at DPR Construction and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He attended Pennsylvania State University, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
