SAN MATEO, CA – February 10, 2016 – Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC), a leading developer of commercial and residential real estate has announced that Chris DeHaan and Sebastian Grillo have been promoted to development project managers within the residential division.
“Chris and Sebastian have repeatedly proven themselves as strong team members over multiple development projects,” said Todd Regonini, SRGNC’s Chief Development Officer. “ We look forward to this continuing as they take on bigger roles in project management.”
Chris DeHaan joined SRGNC in 2013 as an Assistant Project Manager on the residential development team. He recently helped deliver a mixed-use, luxury multi-family community in the challenging San Francisco Peninsula market, collaborating with equity partner Pritzker Realty Group and master lessee Stanford University. Prior to his time at SRGNC, Chris worked at Peninsula Custom Homes, Inc. (PCH), managing the construction of two large estates in Carmel and Pebble Beach.
Prior to PCH, Chris was an Associate Advisor at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, focusing on multi-family investment properties across the West Metro Denver market. He received his B.S. in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2010.
Sebastian Grillo has been with SRGNC since 2012, beginning as an assistant superintendent and later becoming an assistant project manager. He has collaborated with teams of consultants and contractors from concept through project design and construction. He also served as owner’s representative through the construction process, fostering relationships with city agencies and community members. Prior to his time at SRGNC, Sebastian was a construction engineer at Tesla Motors. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University.
