Sares Regis Group of Northern California’s Commercial Division Expands with New VP Hires

Andy Richard, Roland Flores, Robin Leiman, and Dan Hoffman Join Team as Vice Presidents

SAN MATEO, CA (August 15, 2018) – Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) has expanded its Commercial Division leadership with multiple new hires. Andy Richard, Roland Flores, Robin Leiman, and Dan Hoffman have all joined SRGNC in the role of Vice President and will drive the development of a number of high-profile projects throughout the Peninsula.

“We’re excited to have the years of experience and expertise that Robin, Roland, Andy and Dan bring to the team,” says Jeff Birdwell, President of SRGNC’s Commercial Division. “These new VPs have the skills we need to manage our team and help move so many important projects forward, and we’re grateful to have them onboard.”

As Vice President at SRGNC, Andy Richard is driving the development of Adobe’s new, 650,000-square-foot campus in San Jose. Andy comes to SRGNC having most recently worked at Pacific Eagle Holdings in San Francisco, where he managed a number of urban mixed-use, residential, and hospitality projects. Andy holds a BArch from Cornell University and an MRED from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Finance, Multifamily, Office, and Mixed-Use Development.

Since joining the Commercial team, Roland Flores has worked to manage the development of new office projects in Mountain View. Roland was previously the VP of Development at Lowe Enterprises in San Francisco where he worked on a 40-acre master plan for Santa Clara County and a mixed-use project at 3000 Broadway in Oakland. He has built over 1.6 million square feet of commercial office, life science, and manufacturing projects in the Bay Area. Roland holds a BS in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.

Robin Leiman’s first project at SRGNC will be managing the development of a new office project in Sunnyvale. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development, portfolio strategy, asset management, JV structuring, and sale and lease transactions. She was most recently Executive VP, Capital Markets, at Tarlton Properties, where she worked closely with the CEO to expand the company’s 1.2 million-square-foot life science portfolio in Menlo Park and develop new, mixed-use projects in Palo Alto. Robin holds a BA in Communications from Boston College and an MBA with focus in Real Estate Development and International Finance from George Washington University.

Dan Hoffman joins SRGNC to manage the development of Fortinet’s new headquarters in Sunnyvale while supporting and expanding other accounts. He comes to SRGNC from Nimble Storage, where as Senior Director, Global Real Estate and Facilities he was responsible for real estate strategy and execution of the company’s global portfolio. Dan previously held senior real estate leadership positions at Apple, Google, and NetApp. As an independent contractor, he also provides consulting services to Stanford University and Twilio. Dan holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis as well as an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
