SAN MATEO, CA – SEPTEMBER 24, 2019 – Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) has announced that Peter Giovannotto has joined its Residential Division as Acquisitions Manager. Giovannotto will focus on all aspects of land acquisitions and capital transactions.
Peter most recently earned his Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Prior to business school, Peter worked at Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty as a Broker Associate where he was responsible for over $65 million in completed transactions. Peter’s work at Sotheby’s garnered both national and local recognition—he was featured in Gentry Magazine’s Real Estate ‘Top 40 under 40,’ a front-page feature in the San Jose Mercury News, and HGTV’s “House Hunters” television series.
“Peter will be a valuable resource in expanding our acquisitions platform for new residential development projects throughout the Bay Area,” says Drew Hudacek, Chief Investment Officer, Development Properties at SRGNC. “His prior experience will be invaluable, and we are excited to have him on board.”
In additionl to his MBA from Duke, Giovannotto holds a BA in History from UCLA.
