SFPUC Awards Colliers International Seven Property Portfolio Disposition Assignment

San Francisco, CA April 28, 2016 San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), a department of the City and County of San Francisco, has engaged global real estate firm, Colliers International, to represent them in the marketing and disposition of seven non-operational properties located throughout the Bay Area.

The properties include: 401 & 403 Old Bernal Avenue in Pleasanton (+/-3.18 acres), 7484 Sheridan in Sunol (+/-84 acres), 38240 Canyon Heights Drive in Fremont (+/-7.45 acres), 38234 Canyon Heights Drive in Fremont (+/- 0.49 acres), three residential lots in Sunnyvale, three residential lots in Millbrae, and an old Muni right-of-way in Burlingame.
