Shartsis Friese Expands Real Estate Practice with Addition of Susan Taylor from The Presidio Trust

San Francisco, April 21, 2014 – Shartsis Friese LLP announced today that Susan Taylor, formerly Assistant General Counsel – Real Estate at The Presidio Trust, has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the real estate group.

Ms. Taylor, who joined The Presidio Trust in December of 2007, handled the legal work for all commercial properties within the Presidio, including leasing, development, finance and property management.  She has 30 years of experience with real estate matters, including as a partner with the law firms of Preston Gates & Ellis and Landels Ripley & Diamond.  She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall).
