Shea Properties Leases All Four Industrial Buildings at Shea Center Hayward Totaling ±274,724 SQFT in Hayward

Hayward, Calif., (July 23, 2019) – Shea Properties and Colliers International are pleased to announce a final lease at the four building industrial/park totaling ±274,724 square feet located at 28321–28357 Industrial Blvd., in Hayward, CA. 

The project is owned and managed by Shea Properties. The industrial development project is known as Shea Center Hayward. The new development is comprised of four Class “A” state-of-the-art industrial buildings ranging from 32,000 to 115,000 square feet and situated on 14 acres of land in size.

Each of the building features include high image glass office, two story office configuration built to CalGreen standards, ESFR fire suppression in all buildings, 26’ to 32’ interior ceilings, dock-high and grade-level loading doors, 198’ truck court with 60’ dock aprons and ample parking spaces.
