San Francisco, CA – August 11, 2016 – Shorenstein Properties, LLC announced the LEED Platinum recertification of the Russ Building, a 510,000 square foot office property located at 235 Montgomery Street in downtown San Francisco. The building achieved Platinum as part of a recertification, which is required by the U.S. Green Building Council every five years to maintain the LEED for Existing Buildings designation. The building earned an initial Gold certification in 2011.

LEED EB O&M helps building owners and operators measure operations, improvements, and maintenance on a consistent scale, with the goal of maximizing operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts.
