Skanska Promotes Leader and Grows Team in California

Riverside, Calif. – Skanska USA announced the promotion of Jennifer Hounsley and the hires of David Luce and Sara Rosas.

Hounsley joined Skanska eight years ago as an administrative assistant and has continued to be promoted through the ranks from human resources coordinator to her current position of human resources service manager. Hounsley’s leadership on Skanska’s core competency training program, internship programs, college recruitment and craft management system are among the highlights of her most recent work.

New additions to the team include Luce who joins Skanska as a senior lab technician in Riverside and Rosas, who will support the VTA project team as a timekeeper and field office administration. Both Luce and Rosas joined the Skanska USA Civil West California District team.
