Skanska USA Grows Operations in California with 15 New Hires

Oakland, Calif. – Skanska USA is growing operations in California with 15 new hires in February. The company is adding four project managers, four project engineers, four superintendents, a building information modeling engineer, an environmental health and safety manager, and a space planner:
