SAN FRANCISCO (November 3, 2014) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to introduce San Francisco’s Investment Services Group, led by capital markets industry veteran Michael Federle. Federle has been hired as senior vice president of the new team, which will be tasked with representing institutions, developers, and high-net-worth individuals in the sale, acquisition, and financing of quality real estate assets.

He is well known for his ability to re-vision and model investment properties to improve their overall function and value, and has extensive relationships with regional and national capital resources and an impressive track record with comparable properties. Federle has completed more than 150 investment transactions encompassing more than $2.5 billion of retail and mixed-use assets totaling approximately 16 million square feet of retail property. Prior to joining SRS, Federle enjoyed a 25 year career at Grubb & Ellis, where he was recognized as a top producer regionally and nationally every year he was with the company.
