SRS Real Estate Partners Hires First Vice President in San Francisco Office

SAN FRANCISCO – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) welcomes Ranfie Ancelovici as first vice president in the San Francisco office.

Ranfie brings more than 13 years of leasing experience to SRS. He began his career in brokerage with The Staubach Company and CBRE primarily in tenant representation. He then transitioned to in-house leasing with a mixed-use development company, Blake Hunt Ventures in Danville, California. His most recent position was as a leasing agent for Regency Centers in Walnut Creek, where he managed all leasing efforts for a portfolio of 15 grocery-anchored shopping centers.

Ranfie graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and a minor in regional development. Ranfie enjoys giving back to his community and has worked with Habitat for Humanity for many years.

“Ranfie is a terrific addition to our team and brings years of experience in different areas of real estate,” said Matt Alexander, EVP & managing principal in the San Francisco office. “His enthusiasm for the retail real estate business is infectious and we are very pleased to have him here as part of SRS Northwest.”
