SRS Real Estate Partners Welcomes Mike Rielly to Lead New SRS Signature Group

Rielly will partner with the existing leadership in Southern California to open their new Los Angeles office that will serve as the hub for this nationwide group focused on high-end, digitally native, emerging and established brands

Dallas, Dec. 03, 2018 – SRS Real Estate Partners is excited to welcome Mike Rielly as senior vice president and managing principal in their new Los Angeles office that is slated to open in early 2019. Rielly will also lead the newly formed SRS Signature Group nationally. SRS Signature is a one-of-a-kind service offering that will cater to aspirational and high-end brands targeting coast-to-coast growth in high-street, “A” mall, lifestyle, premium outlet and design/arts district environments.

Mike Rielly joins SRS with nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, and an extensive background incubating and serving best-in-class brands in various categories. Rielly has particular expertise in assisting international retailers with a U.S. transition or expansion as well as early retail template formation for domestic and global brands. Over his career he has had the privilege of working with companies such as Uniqlo, Scotch & Soda, Rodd & Gunn – New Zealand, AG / Adriano Goldschmied, Robert Graham, iPic Theaters, Havaianas Brazil, Café Del Mar – Ibiza, Aesop, Superdry, True Religion, Mango, Carmen Steffens, Ed Hardy, Rip Curl, Michael Stars, Fred Segal, Billabong, and many others. Most recently, Rielly was president of Next Wave Retail, Inc. in Los Angeles, and has been a part of over $1 billion in transactions over the past two decades.

Rielly is a New York Bar-certified attorney and practiced in Manhattan after graduating from Cornell University and Notre Dame Law School. In 1998, he moved to Los Angeles to work with Michael Ovitz, former president of Disney, in his start-ups AMG Studios and Lynx Equity Acquisitions. Shortly after, he joined Townsend & Associates, a prestigious retail tenant representation firm based in Los Angeles, to help grow their client roster and dealmaking around the U.S.

Built to specifically serve high-end, digitally native, emerging and established brands, as well as upscale entertainment flagships and chef-driven restaurants, the SRS Signature Group is comprised of highly-specialized real estate advisors across the U.S. and in select global markets.
