Station Avenue, the North Bay’s first Transit Oriented Development Along the SMART Train Line, Earns Unanimous Approval

San Francisco-based Laulima Development plans a new, mixed-use downtown in Rohnert Park, CA.

ROHNERT PARK, CA (November 19, 2018) – Following a multi-year downtown planning process, the Rohnert Park City Council unanimously approved Station Avenue, an ambitious redevelopment project at the former State Farm Insurance campus at 6400 State Farm Drive. Located on 32 acres adjacent to the SMART Rohnert Park Station, the development will transform the vacant site into 140,000 square feet of retail and restaurants focused on a bustling town square, 130,000 square feet of office, a 156 room hotel, and 460 rental apartments.

A recent economic impact analysis estimates that Station Avenue will generate approximately $169 million annually in new business revenue and create nearly 2,000 jobs.
