Stephanie K. Nelson-Patel Joins Miller Starr Regalia as an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Transactional Department

August 24, 2017 (Walnut Creek, CA) – Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for more than 50 years, announced today that Stephanie K. Nelson-Patel is joining the firm’s Walnut Creek office as an associate attorney in the firm’s transactional department.

Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Nelson-Patel was an associate in the Kansas City, Missouri office of Seigfreid Bingham, P.C., where her practice focused on real estate and business transactions. Specifically, Nelson-Patel negotiated and drafted commercial and residential real estate sale contracts, commercial leases and licenses, asset purchase, franchise, and shareholder agreements as well as tenancy in common agreements.
