SAN JOSE— Steve Thomas of San Jose recently joined Cresa San Jose’s growing project management team as a Senior Vice President. Thomas, who has over 30 years of industry experience, will provide comprehensive project management services, including construction administration/management, design-build delivery, and budget control to clients throughout Silicon Valley and the Bay Area.
Some of his notable assignments include the preconstruction and the construction of the University of California’s Memorial Stadium, the Stanford Outpatient Surgery Center, and the John Muir Hospital Walnut Creek & Concord Campuses.
Thomas’ affiliations include the Design-Build Institute of America, the Healthcare Construction Managers Association, and the San Francisco Bay Area Construction Professionals.
Thomas received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from San Jose State University, and he continues to attend construction management seminars.
