SAN JOSÉ, Calif. (Aug. 29, 2016) –Sundt Construction, Inc. (www.sundt.com) has hired Kate McMahon as its newest estimator in San José.
As an estimator, McMahon works with the preconstruction team, assisting with bidding efforts and providing administrative support for the rest of the team. Prior to being offered the full-time position with Sundt, McMahon spent the past year as an intern with the company, gaining valuable experience necessary for her new position.
McMahon recently graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and held leadership roles in campus engineering clubs, including the Society of Women Engineers and American Society of Civil Engineers.
