6-story apartment complex will feature 233 studios including 198 market rate units and 35 below market rate units
October 27, 2021, Santa Cruz, CA – SWENSON, a prominent Northern California real estate development company, received unanimous approval from the Santa Cruz Planning Commission for a new multifamily project in Santa Cruz. Located at 130 Center Street, the project will feature 233 studios—198 market rate units and 35 below rate units.
The 189,720 square foot development will include a spa, fitness room, game room, community room, open space deck, and top floor recreation deck. Private and public bike parking, as well as vehicle parking will also be available.

Groundbreaking is projected for September of 2022 with project completion in September of 2024.
