San Francisco – Tamara Clarke has joined HOK’s San Francisco office as senior project manager. She comes to HOK with 25 years of project management experience, focusing on justice projects.
Clarke previously was a justice and civic principal with DLR in Arizona. She joins HOK’s robust justice practice, which is led by Mike Retford, vice president and director of justice in the western region, and Jeff Goodale, senior vice president and global director of justice.
