Santa Clara, Calif. — Commercial real estate agent Chris Brown has joined Newmark Cornish & Carey as a senior managing director. Specializing in tenant and corporate representation of technology and life science firms, Mr. Brown provides strategic planning, financial analysis, leasing, acquisition, disposition and advisory services as well as portfolio and transaction management in multiple markets. Mr. Brown built much of his brokerage career with Cresa in San Jose.
