Terreno Realty Corporation has purchased a fully leased ±64,782-square-foot industrial complex on 3.8 acres in San Francisco's India Basin from the Lowenberg Corporation for $25.9 million, deepening the REIT's bet on scarce infill industrial space in the supply-starved Bay Area.
