The Americas Region of Lend Lease Announces the Appointment of Bruce Berardi to General Manager of the California Business Unit

(San Francisco, CA) – Global property solutions and infrastructure provider, Lend Lease, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Berardi to General Manager for its Project Management & Construction (PM&C) California Business Unit. Mr. Berardi will be responsible for growing the Lend Lease PM&C business in California, while overseeing the day to day operations of the Lend Lease Los Angeles and San Francisco offices.  The Lend Lease Americas region is comprised of operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil.

In his previous role as Principal-In-Charge of the San Francisco office, Bruce was responsible for overseeing a full range of construction and preconstruction services on landmark projects such as Arterra, San Francisco’s first LEED-NC Silver certified high-rise residential building; the California Prison Heath Care Federal Receivership program, a revolutionary Lean Construction / Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) program; One Rincon Hill, a 64-story residential tower immediately adjacent to the San Francisco Bay Bridge; and most recently, City College of San Francisco’s LEED-NC Gold (targeted) Chinatown North Beach Campus, the first high-rise campus approved by the Division of State Architecture.  In addition he implemented policies and procedures to meet the expectations of clients and maintain the highest standards of safety.
