The Learning Experience to Add 60,000 SQFT Across Six New Early Education Centers in the Sacramento Region

The Florida-based daycare franchise, owned by private equity firm Harvest Partners, will build six freestanding early education centers stretching from Lincoln to Turlock between 2027 and 2029, a bet on a slice of net lease real estate that institutional capital has only recently begun to chase.
