The San Francisco Office Of CBRE Capital Markets Arranges $10.5 Million In Financing For Lodi, Ca Multifamily Asset

San Francisco, CA – CBRE Capital Markets, is pleased to announce the funding of $10,500,000 in permanent financing for the refinance of The Vineyards Apartments, a Lodi, CA multifamily apartment community built in 1980.

San Francisco’s Debt & Equity Finance group, led by Andrew Behrens, worked closely with the borrower, a joint venture between Montgomery Advisors and Seaview Ventures to complete this transaction in a timely manner. A 10-year fixed rate loan with 1 year of interest-only at 75% LTV was procured through Freddie Mac for the refinance.

Located in Lodi, CA, The Vineyards Apartments is a 160-unit garden-style apartment complex in 26 two-story buildings spread across 12.08 acres. The project is impeccably maintained and was recently repainted in 2012. The total net rentable area of the property is 139,108 square feet, with an average home size of 869 square feet. Apartment amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and spa and mature, landscaped grounds surrounded by orchards and vineyards.
