Experienced Professional to Help Oversee DTZ’s 12 Offices in Northern California
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – May 20 – DTZ, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced today that Tiffany McBride has joined the firm as Vice President of Operations in Northern California.
Ms. McBride will help lead the current operation of DTZ’s 12 regional offices and more than 400-member team located throughout Northern California. She will be based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Ms. McBride’s core responsibilities in Northern California will be to ensure the successful operation and management of these offices; provide formal leadership, mentoring and supervision to the administrative and office operations staff; foster and help in the development of a high quality, collaborative work environment; and help lead the implementation of new programs to ensure DTZ continues to be recognized as an industry leader as well as a best place to work.

Ms. McBride joins DTZ from her own legal practice, Law Offices of Tiffany McBride, based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Her work involved the structuring, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements in a broad range of transactional disciplines, including real estate, technology, advertising, intellectual property, marketing, retail leases, design and development, finance, restaurants and hospitality. Prior, she worked in acquisitions for GHC Housing Partners, LLC in Sherman Oaks, CA. Other past professional experience includes work as Portfolio Manager/Counsel with Alliant Real Estate Investments, LLC in Woodland Hills, CA, and Assistant Director of Development with Urban Smart Growth of Los Angeles.
Ms. McBride obtained a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005 and obtained her real estate broker’s license in 2006.
